She started The Rosewood Group with a simple but powerful belief: lasting success begins with people. When organizations invest in their teams, everything else seems to naturally follow.

Driven by her passion for people and performance, Victoria earned a master’s degree in Leadership and Management from Pepperdine University, where she studied everything from business strategy to organizational behavior. She gained hands-on consulting experience and graduated at the top of her class, earning induction into Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honor society recognizing the top 5% of AACSB-accredited business programs worldwide.

Victoria understands that the challenges teams face are rarely surface-level. They're often rooted in blind spots that are difficult to recognize from within. With a unique ability to uncover these hidden dynamics, she helps organizations identify the real issues and build lasting, meaningful solutions.
